- Shri Jayantilal Parekh
- Jayantilal was an artist of the Bengal School, with his tutelage under Nandalal Bose at Tagore's Shantiniketan; and a disciple of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. He joined the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in the 30's and was the leading light of the Ashram Archives since its inception in 1972. He passed away on January 25, '99.
- Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan
- Shahid Parvez has reached an extraordinary height of emotional intensity and excellence in the Indian classical instrumental tradition. He is among the top three sitar maestros in the world today and will be performing for the Center on April 23, '99.

- Shri Mangesh Nadkarni
- Prof. Nadkarni is well-known all over India for his inspired explications of Sri Aurobindo's mantric epic, Savitri. Mangesh will be touring the U.S. in the April/May period and will be holding a study-intensive in Savitri at the L.A. Center from May 13 to May 16.

- Shri Santanu Bandyopadhyay
- Santanu is an Indian Classical vocalist of rare capacity, who is the torchbearer of the Vishnupur gharana and lives in Calcutta, the city of Sri Aurobindo's birth. He has visited the Center a number of times and will be performing this year on Saturday, March 20.
